2012 was an amazing year for Maya, breaking through to become one of the most sought after DJs on the planet in the space of just a few months isn’t something that happens to very many people but it happened to Maya ending the Summer with a raft of awards, the likes of Damon Albarn, Tricky and Anja Schneider singing her praises and road blocks at every club she played at.

Why? Simple, because Maya Jane Coles is real, that’s why. Unbelievably talented for one so young her music is that rarest of things, stunningly produced underground house with soul and a life of its own, while her skills behind the decks are unsurpassed.
